You'll design beautiful, intuitive digital experiences for our writer community. From the workshop platform to member portfolios to our public website, you'll ensure that every interaction with Ink Speaks feels as thoughtful and welcoming as our literary mission.
Responsibilities
- Design and iterate on the Ink Speaks web platform
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
- Conduct user research with our writer community
- Design member portfolio and profile experiences
- Collaborate with developers on implementation
- Maintain and evolve our design system
- Ensure accessibility across all digital touchpoints
Requirements
- 4+ years of UX/UI design experience
- Strong portfolio demonstrating web and product design
- Proficiency in Figma and modern design tools
- Experience with user research and usability testing
- Understanding of responsive design and accessibility
- Appreciation for typography and editorial design
- Interest in literature and the creative arts
