About the Role
We're looking for an experienced fiction writer and teacher to design and lead online workshops for our community. You'll create curricula that balance rigorous craft instruction with creative freedom, fostering a supportive environment where writers take risks and grow.
Responsibilities
- Design and lead 4-8 online fiction workshops per month
- Create workshop curricula for beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels
- Provide written feedback on participant work
- Facilitate constructive peer critique sessions
- Develop supplementary materials and writing prompts
- Contribute to our blog with craft articles
Requirements
- Published fiction writer (novels or short story collections)
- 3+ years of teaching or workshop facilitation experience
- MFA in Fiction or Creative Writing preferred
- Comfortable with video conferencing and digital tools
- Warm, encouraging teaching style with high craft standards
- Availability for evening and weekend sessions
